Rates
With us you know where you stand in advance. You pay a fixed callout fee plus a rate per service. Before we set off you hear the total price on the phone.
The callout fee is 99 euros and comes on top of the price of the chosen service. You pay it upfront, once you have agreed to the price. If you cancel after our operator is already on the way, the callout fee is not refunded, because time and costs have already been made for you.
How your price is worked out
All amounts are starting prices including VAT, apart from the callout fee. What you pay in the end depends on your location, the distance, your vehicle, the time of day and the work that is needed. You always receive a total price before we carry out the job, so nothing comes as a surprise along the way.
You settle the remaining amount afterwards by card, iDEAL or cash. Our operator carries a mobile card terminal.
