The idea behind Pechhulp Sleepdienst is straightforward: anyone stranded by the roadside deserves help they can count on. Far too often we heard the same complaints, endless waiting, confusion over the bill and little regard for the customer.
We knew it could be done differently, and that is exactly what we do. Clear rates, a quick response and operators who know their trade. No mandatory membership and no small print, simply help at the moment it matters.

The first miles
We started with a single tow truck and one clear goal: to give drivers in the Netherlands breakdown help free of any hassle.

As demand grew, we expanded to several vehicles and added services such as car transport, tyre service and lockout assistance.
